The “Idol’s” Collection 10 Year Anniversary

In 2012, at a time in Marcus’ career when he was making his own rules, and had built an impressive portfolio of work and clients, Marcus decided to start a passion project. He wanted to paint a series of large canvas paintings of people he Idolized throughout his life. He was only able to complete 14 portraits before he suffered from 8 strokes, leaving his entire right side of his body paralyzed and lost all speech. He would not be able to move around independently until 3 years later in 2015. 

From these 14 portraits, Marcus has created 140 unique NFT’s, 10 versions of each, to commemorate the 10 Year Anniversary of the project.
